Qwertee will dispatch your t shirt within 4 working days of the shirt finishing being on sale/selling out. Why does it take this long? Because quality takes time. You will receive an email when you place your order and another when your shirt has dispatched to let you know it is on the way, so you'll know exactly what is going on. You can always click on the long link in your original order confirmation email to see what your order's status is: "New" means it has not dispatched yet and "Shipped" means it is on its way to you. We do not offer a tracking service but if you place an order using our Guaranteed Delivery option it is insured against loss in the post.

Once your order has been dispatched and you receive your confirmation you should receive it in the following times:

UK and Ireland 2-10 working days
Europe: 5-20 Working days after dispatch
Rest of the World: 5-30 Working days after dispatch
