Boo Busters

i like it, but....that weird white bit at the bottom of Boo just throws it off for me. Pass :(

This came up on Facebook too, here's the artist's take on it:

"As for the 'blob', the reasoning behind that is 2 fold. 1) Since it is a mash up of the Ghostbusters and Super Mario's Boo, the top half is obviously Boo and the bottom half is that of (mostly) the Ghostbusters ghost... and 2) I did try designing it the way they mentioned originally, but because of how Boo is shaped, you can't get his tail 'in view' with the current design, it would technically be behind the red circle, which left the bottom part almost completely black. So after playing with the design a bit, I came up with the ghostbusters ghost bottom portion, which overall, looked much better... If you look at the design, on the bottom, the right line coming in from the circle would be where Boo's tail would be coming into view (hence, why that line is there). So if you follow it around (complete the line in your head), you can see that it wouldn't be in view much. Leaving a ton of black space and making it look awkward (like Boo isn't centered), but then if you try and center Boo, the line goes through his face! LOL! The design may look really simple, but there was a LOT of thought (and trial and error) that went into this! LOL! :)" Hope this answers this!

Im not a huge fan of Mario or Ghostbusters (I liked the films, but not loved) but this is certainly a brilliant shirt/design.

lol. I've grown up watching Doctor Who since I was about 5, so for about 16 years of my life I've been a Whovian, and I also loved Back to the Future, so I got into time travel sci-fi over cult films like GB.

And when the xbox came out and Halo was on it, I became an xbox fanboy, only flirting with Nintendo for the purpose of Pokémon.

Like I said, amazing design if you like either series, I think it looks cool even though I'm not a fan, just not for me ^__^
