Hey LevelB - Thanks for the comments! Yeah this particular one is Photoshop, but with some Illustrator vector elements added in. I would search youtube for some tutorials on learning Photoshop, and in particular Halftones and Vector design. Heck, I still have a LOT to learn :) Enjoy!

Thanks for the tips. I'd like to create a design in the future inspired by this.
Also, if you don't mind, I have a request for a similar design for you to create.
I'd love to see this design, but about the game Zelda: The Ocarina of Time, with the Hyrule castle in the background replacing the Shire, Link replacing Gandalf and maybe if the setting is at night, the moon from 'Majora's Mask' replacing the sun.
If you could do that, it would be too awesome. Thanks :D
