the idea and the illustation are great, but I guess I'm not sold on this one.
and here's why:
I see why you choose this specific scene. it IS iconic, BUT it's also one of those scene you try NOT to have in mind when remembering Aliens. it was sad & really disgusting what with all the guts and stuff all over the place and then good ol' Bishop snuffed it. not nice.
so I guess the design makes me sad and slightly disgusted? dunno, it's maybe too morbid for my taste (and that's saying a lot) or I just live thru some sort of "Bishop dies in the end trauma" ever since
but like I said: good work - strong idea - clean & neat execution
Haha this is my lasting memory from Aliens 2 as a kid! I'm old enough not to be darked out by it anymore, and I love the milk moustache! Spoiler alert Bishop actually survives this scene and is then put into cryo storage back on the ship. He then appears briefly in the sequel, so didn't actually snuff it! :-)
